Collaborating with PRS, Mark Tremonti created his dream guitar – the Mark Tremonti Signature Model. To complement his rhythmic playing, which involves a lot of palm muting, he needed more aggressive pickups. The guitar's neck was specially designed to accommodate his unique style, influenced by thrash metal, shred, and traditional blues. PRS fulfilled these requirements with the Pattern Thin neck carve.
