Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Goods - Valid only for 7 days following date of receipt.

Email our Returns Department to request a Returns Form. This form must then be printed and included within the product packaging of your return. Items that are returned without prior notification cannot be refunded under this policy.

Then, return the goods in either their original packaging or enough protection to ensure safe delivery to;

For goods under 1kg we request that you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Orders weighing over 1kg should be sent using a recommended UK courier service (Parcelforce, Business Post, DHL). Please call if you require further suggestions.

Postage charges for faulty or incorrect items will be refunded up to a total of £2.00 for returns under 1kg and for £10 for returns over 1kg. Please do not use standard Post Office arranged Royal Mail Delivery for any items weighing over 1kg as we will not refund over the £2.00 limit.

Upon receipt of your returned goods you may either receive a replacement or receive a full refund back to your payment credit/debit card. This can take up to 14 days to be processed.

For Goods that you no longer wish to keep (under our 7 day hassle free returns policy)

All return costs are to be paid for by the purchaser. We do not refund the costs to return an item that is no longer required. Once your item has been returned, Musicstreet Limited will refund your credit/debit card for the amount of the goods purchased ONLY. All returns of items such as guitars, practice amplifiers and items over 2kg but less than 12kg will incur a £10 charge to cover initial courier costs and credit card transaction fees. Items such as multiple purchases or combo amplifiers will incur a £20 charge to cover the initial courier costs and credit card transaction fees. For ALL items being returned from the Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man and any other areas where delivery was deemed By Water Crossing please contact Musicstreet in the first instance so that we can inform you of the delivery cost charges that will be deducted from your refund.

We (Musicstreet) reserve the right to refund your account if any of the following conditions are not met
- The goods are returned in a perfect and re-sellable condition
- All packaging and related materials are included (eg. Warranty Cards, Instructions, Polystyrene packaging)
- The goods have been adequately packaged for return (please call if you have any pre-dispatch enquiries).
- The goods supplied do not include in any form of copyrighted materials. This includes; DVDs, CDs, Multimedia CDs (i.e. Line6 Guitar Port software, Cubasis software with Zoom G2.1u), Harmonicas, Recorders, any other instruments played with the mouth, Microphones unless they are returned in their original and untampered with seals.

If the returned goods are returned based on the areas listed above we reserve the right to return the goods to you and recover costs of carriage.

All return postal and courier charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once received back, Musicstreet Limited will either repair or replace the goods at Musicstreets discretion. Faulty items will be returned back to the customer free of charge, non-faulty items will be charged and returned to the customer at the following rates: For goods under 1kg - £2.00 For goods >1kg to UK mainland addresses -- £10.00
