To ensure that we are providing the best customer experience in our industry, our used gear is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and setup so the used gear we sell on is in excellent working condition ready to gig & record with.

We offer the best possible price on your gear when trading-in against new guitars/ amps and effects. It is of course based on condition and popularity of what you have to part exchange.  If you're bringing in gear to p/x make sure the product is clean, functional and has all of the related accessories, manuals and adapters will certainly improve the value of your gear.

HOW DO WE VALUE YOUR EQUIPMENT?

Every product is unique and in some circumstances, the value will fluctuate based on supply, demand, condition, the currency of the product in question and other market factors. All offers are based on the fair market value of each of your products. - You'll find that we offer more than some of the cash for goods stores on major stock branded guitars & effects.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A PART EXCHANGE?

Please bring a valid driver’s license or valid passport when trading in as a form of ID. You must be 18 years old and the legal owner of the product, we then ask you to sign a form to say that we've taken your goods in part exchange

DO WE BUY EQUIPMENT FOR CASH?

In some situations and funds permitting we will offer to buy your guitar if you don't want to part exchange, it depends on whether it is of interest to us and generally you won't receive as much as you would with a trade-in.  we would still need the above ID to make the transaction.
